据国外媒体报道，PhotoFast发布了一款采用<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/PC/00000_1.html" target=_blank>PCIe X8接口的<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>SSD，命名为G-Monster-PCIe。
这款SSD具有256GB、512GB、以及1TB三种容量规格，采用<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/PC/00000_1.html" target=_blank>PCIe X8接口，内部具备了RAID 0控制芯片，并板载缓存，其读写速度分别高达惊人的750MB/s和700MB/s，比起我们在CeBIT2009上看到过OCZ的ZDrive驱动器更是有过之而无不及。
G-Monster-PCIe将会在今年6月份正式推出，虽然价格并未提及，但也知道肯定又是一个天文数字了。
● 三星64GB顶级SSD上市
近期，<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/00160_1.html" target=_blank>三星PB22-J系列SSD首次登场，此款型号MMCRE64G5MXP-0VB的<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>SSD容量为64GB，目前已经上市，价格是29800日元，折合人民币约为2080元。
此款产品满载功耗为1.5W，待机的时候0.15W，实体尺寸幅度69.85×9.5×100.3mm，重量80g。采用<A class=otb17r href="http://3g.pcpop.com/" target=_blank>3Gbps Serial ATA接口。
PB22-JS3采用MLC类型的闪存，单面8个K9HCGZ8U5M，控制器采用的是三星的S3C29RBB01-YK40。
此次发售的64GB最高传输速度能达120MB/s，而200MB/s传输速度的产品为128GB、256GB两种。这两款产品预计会在下月才能到货接受预订。

几年随着SSD兴起，价格不断降低，使得SSD成为不少消费者选购的产品之一。其中<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/00537_1.html" target=_blank>OCZ推出了多款产品，其中OCZ的Core Series V2 120GB只售港币2149。

近期巴比禄（Buffalo）推出了针对Eee PC量身定做的配套固态<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘，价格不像之前的天价。
此次巴比禄（Buffalo）共推出32G和64G两种容量，同时还提供了一个<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘盒，这样用户可以将取出的16G硬盘与<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘盒组合起来使用，目前32G、64G折成人民币大约为882、1559元。

企业级固体<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘厂商Fusion-io今天宣布推出新品“ioDrive Duo”，不但容量比此前的ioDrive翻了一番，还号称是全球速度最快、最创新的固态存储方案。

ioDrive Duo容量有160GB、320GB、640GB、1.28TB四种，依然基于<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/PC/00000_1.html" target=_blank>PCI-E x8或<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/PC/00000_1.html" target=_blank>PCI-E 2.0 x4标准接口，原始吞吐量最高可达20GB/s，32KB包大小下持续读取带宽1.5GB/s、持续写入带宽1.4GB/s，4KB包大小下读取IOPS 186000、写入IOPS 167000，平均访问延迟小于50微秒。
不仅如此，多块ioDrive Duo组合在一起的性能提升是线性的，所以四块联合可以带来6GB/s的读取带宽，以及超过50万的IOPS。

可靠性方面，ioDrive Duo支持多位错误检测与纠正和正在申请专利的Flashback保护技术，后者可提供芯片级N+1冗余和自我修复功能，另外还可以在同一块ioDrive Duo固态<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘内部的两个ioMemory模块之间建立RAID 1镜像。
ioDrive Duo 160/320/640GB将于今年4月份出货，1.28TB型号则要等到下半年。至于价钱，追求极致性能的大企业客户是不在乎这个的。

处在存储方式变革的时代，新产品层出不穷，只有你想不到，没有做不到，这话一点都不假。<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/Memory/00000_1.html" target=_blank>内存厂商推出固态<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘已经不稀奇，而做出RAID控制器就显得新鲜了。

博帝推出自有品牌固态<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘，市场反应并不热烈，毕竟只是JM602芯片的廉价解决方案（相关测试请看《<A style="COLOR: #0f0dbf; FONT-SIZE: 12px" href="http://www.pcpop.com/doc/0/367/367370.shtml" target=_blank>山寨SSD差在哪?探究固态硬盘主控性能》），连山寨厂商也能批量生产。
那么，这个神秘的RAID的盒子能做什么呢？从外观上，这个盒子能够装载两个2.5寸的SSD或者机械<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘。盒子采用铝质打造，应该会有不错的<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/Cooler/00000_1.html" target=_blank>散热能力，不过使用<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>SSD的话，发热量几乎可以忽略不计。
从背板上看，该盒子能够将两颗硬盘组成3种RAID模式，分别为RAID0、1和JBOD，通过后部的跳线切换。虽然现在未能有拆机图片，但从<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/01298_1.html" target=_blank>博帝的厂商技术实力推算，该款盒子的内部实现原理应该是基于JM390磁盘主控芯片。
数据接口上，用户可以选择USB或<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/Parameter00000_000000645_1678_1.html#filter" target=_blank>SATA。需要注意的是，当使用USB当移动<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/HDD/00000_1.html" target=_blank>硬盘使用时，就无需担心供电问题了，USB接口的500mA可以满足两颗SSD的供电要求，但若使用机械硬盘，使用USB供电就有些吃力了。当然，若是使用SATA接口，旁边供电接口完全能够满足存储的供电需求。
总体来说，此款产品虽然技术含量一般，但创意还是不错的。若价格能够保证在合理范围内，相信还是有一定市场空间的。据悉<A class=otb17r href="http://product.pcpop.com/SSD/01298_1.html" target=_blank>博帝打算在本月底推出此款产品。■
